They officially debuted on January 2, 2026, at Shibuya Ongakudō with their self-hosted debut live, 原罪 -Initial Error- (Genzai -Initial Error-). The group later reported that the event had reached full capacity.
MiMYON graduated from the group on June 14, 2026, following discussions regarding her future activities. Sanctum:404 subsequently operated as a three-member group until the unveiling of Sowaka (स्वाहा) during the group’s new-formation presentation at Nemu’s birthday event on August 2, 2026.
